This is genuine BBQ here at the Totem, cooked over direct heat or in our smoker. Tri-tip steak, also called Santa Maria Steak or California Cut, is a house specialty that we offer in many dishes. Our fork-tender pulled pork is another popular specialty.

Moist, shredded pork that was stewed until fork-tender. Served in a traditional manner with coleslaw, pickles, and BBQ sauce on a Hawaiian roll.
Totem Burger
Juicy ground beef patty topped with cheddar cheese and grilled onions. Served with lettuce, tomato, and house burger spread on a fresh bun.
Totem Quesadillas
Peppers, onion, and melted cheese inside grilled flour tortillas. Optionally add your choice of grilled chicken, tri-tip steak, pulled pork, or avocado.
Hot Dog
An All-American classic! Plump, all-beef link served on a stadium roll with your choice of classic toppings. A reliable option for kids or a quick snack break.
California Chicken Wrap
Moist, grilled chicken, mixed greens, bacon, your choice of cheese, avocado, tomato, and onion served in a flour tortilla.
Veggie Sandwich
Lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, and your choice of cheese. Served with a basil spread on honey wheat bread. Cheese may be omitted for our vegan guests.
Santa Fe Salad
A taste of the American Southwest with mixed greens, black beans, corn, tomato, and onion. Available with tri-tip steak, grilled chicken, or pulled pork.
